By relying on a settlement deed dated 15.11.2006, patta No.639, subsequent settlement deed dated 02.07.2025 and patta No.1235, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of a survey. The present Writ Petition relates thereto. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival title claim and that requisite fees have been paid for the conduct of survey.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be acted upon within three (3) months.
4. Since the petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue 2/4
records, a case is made out to consider the request for survey. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and fourth respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey and complete the entire exercise within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of all relevant adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs.
