Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
2. The petitioner seeks removal of the offending entry in the encumbrance register.
3. The petitioner has to formally challenge the order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the District Registrar/ first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5741/A2/2021. The petitioner is permitted to approach the office of the first respondent. The first respondent shall serve true copy or certified copy of the said order to the writ petitioner. The petitioner may challenge the same thereafter by filing fresh writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
