..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 to 6 to grant adequate compensation for making the petitioner to complete the course which is not recognized by the Medial Council of India and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to regularize/recognize the course namely 'Fellowship in Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme' conducted by the 5th and 6th respondents institute based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 within the time fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
