ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Professor working in the third respondent Medical College seeking a Mandamus as against the authorities to promote her to the post of Associate Professor.

2. The second respondent herein has issued an approved panel for the year 2022-2023 on 10.07.2023 for promoting Assistant Professors to the post of Associate Professors. The petitioner has given a representation on 05.12.2023 seeking to effect promotional orders based upon the said panel. Since no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the panel forwarded by the second respondent herein on 10.07.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
