ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS or any other Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ directing the respondents appoint the petitioner on the compassionate ground on the base the petitioners representation on 03.07.2025 within the stipulated period of time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The claim of compassionate appointment of the deceased employee which was originally made in favour of a daughter, according to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, is at Sl.No.6 and as per seniority, it would be taken. However, now the brother of the person whose application is pending consideration with the respondent seeks to substitute himself in the place of his sister, for which the sister of the petitioner is also willing.

In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner, if a consent is received from the person who is present in Sl.No.6, namely the sister of the petitioner and dispose of the claim of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of such consent from the sister of the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
