ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 25.08.2025 before the registering authority. She wants action to be taken on the said representation. Since no action was taken, this writ petition has been filed.

3.It is seen from the materials on record that the writ petitioner's brother-in-law / Sivasubramanian had executed a settlement deed in favour of his wife / fourth respondent herein. The petitioner in effect wants the said document to be cancelled. Such a relief can be granted only by the jurisdictional Civil Court. The authority lacks the adjudicating power.
