PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass final order on the petitioner's appeal dated 08.09.2025 pending before the 1st respondent RDO to cancel the patta transfer proceedings dated 20.09.2024 in Na.Ka.No. 2024/15/09/001818SD and 23.09.2024 in Na.Ka.No.2024/15/09/001820SD in respect of SF.No.100 situated at Gundur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District within a time stipulated fixed by this court. 1/4

ORDER

After submitting an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer in relation to the cancellation of the patta issued to the 3rd and 4th respondents, the petitioner seeks early disposal of such appeal. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the first and second respondents. He submits that the appeal would be disposed of on merits within three months.

3.In view of the nature of relief claimed, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 3rd and 4th respondents in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the 3rd and 4th respondents and any other party to the said appeal.
