For petitioner : MrG.Anto Prince For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the enquiry from the file of the 4th respondent in C.S.R.No.420 of 2023, to any other police station, within the jurisdiction of this Court and conduct further investigation on the above case within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner has given a complaint against the accused persons. The grievance of the petitioner is that though CSR was registered, there is no progress in the enquiry and so far no FIR has been registered. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner FIR in Crime No.1875 of 2023 has been registered against the accused persons for the offences punishable under Sections 2/4

294(b), 323 and 355 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Publci Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
