For Petitioners : Mr.Jessi Jeeva Priya.P For R1 to R4 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.113 of 2023 from the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the file of the second respondent or any other Investigating Agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.113 of 2023 is completed, Final Report is also made ready and it will be presented before the concerned Court within a week.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner is deleted from the Final Report.

4. Recording the undertaking given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), the Final Report in Crime No.113 of 2023 shall be presented before the concerned Court within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after completing the official 2/4

formalities. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, after getting copy of the same.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
