[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of ten days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents on 25.11.2025 and the respondents 1 & 2 have entered appearance on 18.12.2025 and 02.12.2025 respectively. However, till date, the first respondent alone has filed her counter affidavit and the second respondent has not filed her counter affidavit. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, we are inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of ten days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
