PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.158/2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.12.2023 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 364(A) of IPC @ 395,364 (A) IPC @395,364(A),120(b) of IPC in Crime No.158 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.11.2023 at about 12.30 pm., the petitioner along with other accused entered into criminal conspiracy and kidnapped the defacto complainant along with his car and cash of Rs.45,00,000/- and committed 1/3

dacoity of Rs.45,00,000/- Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioner is in custody from 02.12.2023, hence he seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 17.11.2023 at about 12.30 pm., the petitioner along with other accused entered into criminal conspiracy and kidnapped the defacto complainant along with his car and cash of Rs.45,00,000/- and committed dacoity of Rs.45,00,000/-, hence he objected to grant bail to the petitioner. He would further submit that the investigation is in initial stage. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
