O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to form a park as earmarked in approved layout No.Ma.Va./Na.Vu.E.No.1082/90.

2.According to the learned counsel for the first respondent Municipal Corporation, they would pass a resolution shortly and based upon the resolution, the fourth respondent society has agreed to gift the said site in favour of the first respondent corporation. Once the land is handed over to the first respondent, a park would be formed by the first respondent.

3. In view of the above facts, the first respondent Corporation is directed to pass a resolution directing the fourth respondent to gift the said site to the first respondent Corporation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
