ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport. The petitioner wants to go abroad to be with her daughter as she is pregnant. It is stated that the petitioner is facing prosecution in C.C.No.50 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram and C.C.No.39 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram.

3. Considering the reason for which issuance of passport is sought, I permit the petitioner to move the trial Magistrate (Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram). The petitioner shall file an MP seeking the relief now sought for before this Court. It shall be allowed by the learned trial Magistrate within a period of three weeks. It is open to the trial Magistrate to stipulate appropriate conditions. Based on the order to be passed by the learned trial Magistrate, the first respondent will issue passport to the petitioner subject to fulfillment of other usual formalities.
