ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to number the unnumbered IA in OS No.30 of 2024 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Sivagangai.

2. It is seen that the Court below had returned the papers on 03.07.2025 indicating that the proof of service of notice on the respondents should be placed. The said return was complied with by the respondents by compliance report dated 26.09.2025, but there is no proof that the same had been represented before the Court on 26.09.2025.

3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to re-present the returned papers and once it is re-presented before the Court, the learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, if finds that the interlocutory application is in order, number the said interlocutory application and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
