PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 14829/2025 dt. 09.09.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 14829/2025 dt. 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 14829/2025 dt. 09.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is 2/4
