ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an aided minority stand alone seeking a Mandamus as against the 4th respondent to approve the appointment of B.T Assistant (History) teacher.

2. According to the school management, one Mr.K.Setturajan was appointed as B.T Assistant (History) in their school on 12.06.2023. The proposal for approval was sent by the school management to the 4th respondent and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner school is a stand alone minority institution, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the said proposal and if he is satisfied that the appointment is within the staff fixation order for the 2/4

relevant academic year, he shall proceed to approve the appointment of the said teacher with effect from the date of appointment with all attendant benefits. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
