ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued on 23.12.2022 by the Learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Negotiable Instrument Act Cases, Tirunelveli in STC.No.158 of 2021 pending on the file of the above Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on 13.09.2023, warrant was issued by the second respondent to ascertain the address of the accused. But they are keeping it pending.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent herein and share the information with regard to the address of the accused so that it can be executed. The warrant must be executed within a month from the date of the appearance of the petitioner.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
