ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier petition filed by this petitioner was dismissed by this Court by considering the fact that the petitioner is having nine previous cases. Without any change of circumstances, the present petition came to be filed.

3. In view of the above submission that the petitioner is having nine previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
