ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to strictly comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam in Crl.MP.No.86 of 2025 so as to ensure a fair, impartial and effective investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that a copy of the order in Crl.MP.No.86 of 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, was not served on the respondents Police so far.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court cannot decide such factual disputes. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the non compliance of the order of the learned Magistrate, it is open to him to approach the learned Magistrate and seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
