Today, when the Contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire amount was paid and the Bill has been submitted for disbursement. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that untill the bill is disbursing, this Contempt Petition may be kept pending.

2. In view of the submission made by the Learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have complied with the Order of this Court.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner has not received the amount, he is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition.
