PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to conduct detailed enquiry and take necessary action against 6th respondent in accordance with law on the basis of my representation dated 26.02.2018 within the time stipulated by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner asserts that the petitioner is entitled to a share in the A, B & C schedule properties in terms of partition deed dated 10.02.1950 bearing document No.386 of 1950. The petitioner had submitted a representation to the second respondent alleging that errors were committed during the UDR. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal of such representation. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. He submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In view of the nature of relief claimed and the submissions of Learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the 6th respondent in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation regarding alleged UDR errors within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the 6th respondent and any other persons who would be affected by such order. No costs.
