No. 399/21 to an extent of 0.05.00 ares situated at Muthur Vaniyangudi Groups, Kalayarkovil circle, Sivagangai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025 within the time fixed by this Court. 1/4

The petitioners had applied for a grant of patta under the scheme in relation thereto by also requesting that the classification be changed from 'Government Punjai'. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the matter is pending consideration by the Revenue Divisional Officer and that the petitioners' request would be disposed of on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In the above circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' request for patta in respect of lands in survey No.399/21 of the extent of 5 ares within three 2/4

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners. No costs. W.M.P.(MD) No. 22220 of 2025 is allowed.
