ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents not to harass the petitioner herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the brother-in-law of the petitioner is involved in Crime No.538 of 2023 under Section 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the respondent herein, is now absconding. Only to know the whereabouts of the petitioner's brother in law and the movements, the respondent has visited the house of the petitioner. Except that no harassment is made.

3. If the respondent wants any information about the whereabouts of the petitioner's brother in law, summons may be issued to the petitioner, he be enquired. Without issuing any summons, the respondent shall not visit the petitioner's house.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
