ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.171 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021 and file Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending in this case and the respondent will complete the same and final report will be filed within a period of five months.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
