ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to not to interfere in the civil dispute existed between the petitioner and the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry is pending and that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner in any manner.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondent police shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. 2/4

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
