ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.24 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
