ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction for speedy disposal of the case in CC No.53/2022 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Usilampatti, Madurai District as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Usilampatti, Madurai District, to dispose of the case in CC No.53/2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
