ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks reissuance of passport. There is one criminal case is pending against the petitioner. The petitioner had taken part in an agitation for the cause of farmers. Pendency of such a case should not come in the way of granting relief. The first respondent is directed to reissue the passport to the petitioner subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.

3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
