By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has sought to implead the officials of the HR and CE Department as respondents 5 to 7 in the writ petition. Because the land currently stands in the name of a temple which the official respondents claim is under the supervisory control of the HR and CE Department, this miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the writ petition.

2. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 5 to 7. The Registry is directed to print his name in the cause list for the next hearing list.
