ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.All that the petitioner wants is registration of the petition mentioned judgment and decree. No exception can be taken to the said request. Limitation set out under Section 23 of the Registration Act, 1908 will not apply. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application for registering the petition mentioned judgment and decree. It shall be received and registered subject to the fulfilment of the usual formalities.

3.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
