ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 pending on his file and to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023 within a stipulated time.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending in this case and the respondent will complete the same and final report will be filed within a period of five months.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
