ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by Jaleel, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it is found that it is a civil issue between the parties. By advising the parties to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, the complaint was closed on 07.07.2023. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
