This petition has been filed by the petitioner / sole accused to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.220 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thiruchirappalli.

2.Now, as per the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, the petitioner died on 27.03.2015. Thereafter, the case against the petitioner was dismissed as abated by the Trial Court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
