This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on enquiry.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that proceedings under Act-14, is going to be initiated against the petitioner's son and except that there is no harassment to the petitioner.
