ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.173 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.173 of 2022, the first respondent has filed the Final Report and the name of the petitioner was deleted from the Final Report.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
