To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 13105 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9099 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 by modifying the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as when required instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required instead of the petitoiner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Y.Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District, daily at 10.30 a.m., from 26.09.2025 until further orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD) No.13105 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9099 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025

2. According to the petitioner, she has undergone surgery and has produced the relevant medical records. It is seen that petitioner was pregnant and subsequently suffered https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

a miscarriage due to medical complications. Hence, she prays for the modification of the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration the medical condition of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.13105 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9099 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
