ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a management of an aided minority stand alone school seeking a Mandamus as against the 3rd respondent for considering their objection to the staff fixation order.

2. By proceedings dated 20.11.2023, the 3rd respondent had issued the staff fixation order for the petitioner school for the academic year 2023-24. The petitioner management has raised objections and sent a communication to the 3rd respondent on 27.11.2023. The petitioner has approached this Court with a request that their objection may be considered and orders may be passed expeditiously.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the objections raised by the petitioner management and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till such time, the redeployment process shall be kept in abeyance.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
