Respondents (No relief is claimed against the respondents 5 to 22 hence notice may be dispensed with for R5 to R22) Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Devakottai to expedite the suit proceedings in O.S.No.137 of 2015 on the file of learned District Munsif Court, Devakottai within the stipulated time as this Court may be fixed and consequently allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.137 of 2015, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Devakottai, within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the plaintiffs have filed the above suit in O.S.No.137 of 2015 for permanent injunction and after the completion of the trial, they have 2/4

filed their written arguments and even after arguments of both sides were over, the case is being adjourned again and again and that therefore, the revision petitioner/10th defendant is constrained to file the present revision for speedy disposal.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances and also taking note of the fact that the suit is pending from 2015 onwards and arguments of both sides were already advanced, the learned District Munsif, Devakottai, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.137 of 2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
