This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13375 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No. 13375 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court in all the future hearing dates. 16.10.2025 ksa 2/4
