ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) The petitioner has filed the present applications for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since serious

allegations have been levelled against the petitioners under Sections 61(2), 249, 196 and 113(2)(b) of the BNS along with Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, the prosecution has filed an application before the trial Court for further investigation and the same is pending for orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the serious allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.08.2025 at present. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioners may file an application after filing charge sheet on the further investigation. (P.VELMURUGAN J.)
