2. It is seen that the case is of the year 2014 and final report was filed in the year 2019 itself.

3. Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the respondent to expedite the trial in CC.No.1556 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
