Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the Respondents to grant ordinary leave of 21 days without escort for the petitioners father namely Ramaiah @ Ramaiah Pandian (CP 5849) son of late Govindan aged about 46 years, confining at Madurai Central Prison as Life convict and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
