Civil Revision Petition filed under section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 13.10.2023 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No. 1 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi PRAYER IN ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. By the order dated 08.03.2024, while allowing the petition, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent on or before 22.03.2024. 2.But, today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the respondent is not willing to receive the above said amount. 3.Let the above said amount be deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court to the credit of the suit number on or before 08.04.2024. 4.For reporting compliance, list the matter on 08.04.2024.
