This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take legal action by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, 2/4

dated 11.12.2023, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.791 of 2023 and the same was also closed on 11.09.2024.

3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
