O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take legal action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2023 and 11.12.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. This petition has been filed stating that impersonation was committed by the private respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the third respondent herein to dispose of the above said representation/complaint given by the petitioner, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
