ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in civil dispute arising out of Doc.No.319/2008, dated 21.07.2008 between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, a copy of the complaint was produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, wherein it is seen that some sort of allegations have been made against the petitioner regarding a lease agreement.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the lease agreement is a forged document.

4. If it is so, the petitioner may appear before the second respondent and share the information with regard to the issue.

5. It is also submitted by the petitioner that he has appeared before the respondent four times but the complainant did not appear for enquiry.

6. The second respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

7. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 21.12.2023 NCC :
