ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the fifth respondent to take action against the 6th respondent by considering the

petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2022 and also in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.0112/2021/m3C dated 10.12.2021.

2. The 6th respondent is the president of the Velur Panchayat from the year 2020 onwards and by forgetting the welfare of general public, she committed several administrative irregularities and misappropriated the Panchayat fund. Therefore, the petitioner made a detailed representation to the respondents and the same was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered by the Government and the order was passed on 25.06.2024.

4. The learned counsel for the 6th respondent submitted that the said order was quashed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.15080 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsels, no further order is necessary. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Government dated 25.06.2024 or the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.15080 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.
