O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to take suitable action against the 3rd respondent and his henchmen and consequently provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limbs and based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2023.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of that he is 75% disabled person, the private respondent making trouble to him. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint/representation, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.1329 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. It appears that they are own brothers. The private respondent given an undertaking that they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings over the issue. In view of the undertaking given by the private respondent, the complaint was closed.

4.Since the complaint itself was closed on the basis of the undertaking given by the private respondent, nothing survives for further 2/4

consideration in this case.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
