ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to delete the encumbrances in offline and online, based on the order of the first respondent dated 15.05.2012 and the same was confirmed by this Court in WP(MD).No.8003 of 2012 dated 17.07.2014.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that a representation was submitted as early as in the year 2023. However, the respondents have not considered the same.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the papers are not available as they were sent only through online mode.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submitted a fresh representation along with copies of the order passed by the first respondent and the order of this Court dated 17.07.2014 in W.P.(MD)No.8003 of 2012, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the same in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 17.07.2014 in W.P.(MD)No.8003 of 2012 and pass appropriate orders, 2/4

within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom. The petitioner is also directed to enclose the web copy of the order passed by this Court while submitting the representation.
