The Petitioner had filed a Joint Compromise Memo. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the parties are willing for compromise as they are related to each other and in the course of community meeting, the members of the community are directed to pay the regular dues, for which there was an altercation between the complainant and the sole accused, both are daily wagers. Therefore, they arrived at a compromise.

2. The learned Additional Government (Crl. side) on instructions from the Investigation officer submitted that there had been amicable settlement voluntarily.
